The reality TV beauty wore a plunging printed Balmain Resort 2015 dress, which showed off her toned legs, but Kim almost suffered a wardrobe malfunction as it gaped open at the after-party at Craig's in West Hollywood on Sunday night.
Kim, 34, took a moment to adjust her low cut ensemble, but it didn't stop her flashing a great deal of her pert cleavage to waiting fans and photographers.
